FOC Sunday (Final Cut Off)
FOC Sunday is every Sunday at Bat City Games & Comics. It is free, and it is the day we walk through the comics that are about to close for ordering, so you can add a series to your pull list before it is too late.
- When: Every Sunday, 10 AM to 10 PM
- Cost: Free
- Where: Bat City Games & Comics, South Austin
What FOC means
FOC stands for final order cutoff. It is the last day to add a comic to your list, or change your order, before we order it from the publisher. That usually happens three to four weeks before the comic comes out. Add a series before its FOC, and your copy is guaranteed.
What happens on FOC Sunday
We walk through what is closing soon. Ask at the counter, and we will show you. Not sure what to follow? We have opinions, and no question is too batty.
New to pull lists?
A pull list is a standing order for the comics you follow. Our Pull List page explains how it works, and our guide to how a pull list works goes deeper. When you are ready, the pull list sign-up is where you pick your titles. New issues land on Wednesday, which is also Commander Night, so you can pick up your books and stay for a game.
Find us at 5001 Highway 290, Austin, Texas 78735, in Sunset Valley. We are open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. Questions? Call (512) 276-2870.
