We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CT will be processed the next business day.

If you’re in the Austin, TX area, we offer local pickup and delivery Monday–Friday between 10 AM–10 PM. Orders must be placed by noon for same-day pickup/delivery.Delays & Service Interruptions
Transit times are estimates and vary by carrier. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, high volume, or other carrier issues. We’re not responsible for carrier delays but will help monitor your shipment and provide updates.
